This program is designed to provide the home seller with the opportunity to save half the commission on the sale of your home.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...

I will list the property on MLS along with our full menu of services that are appropriate.

This program encourages the seller to take an active role in the sale of their home.

We will assist you in trying to find a buyer, by providing you with the Promotion Hi-Lite Postcards to help you find a buyer, through work or a personal contact you may have.
  • You may show your home anytime to wish.
  • We will provide our full-service package.
  • We will provide feature sheets with the hi-lites of your home.
  • We will advertise the property in our Multiple Advertising Program.
  • You will have regular communication with our office (weekly minimum) and much more.

All of my regular services are carried out as usual.

If you bring a buyer to me I will pay (discount) the seller the portion of the commission that I would normally pay the buyer's agent. This is done by discounting the commission (usually half the total commissions).

When you find a buyer you can call my office and arrange a time that Dave can meet with both parties at our office to write a contract of purchase on the property.

I will look after all the details from then to possession date (as I always do).
